Here at the Daalder Streetfood Terrace, Huwaë does things completely different: street food is served, but prepared with the techniques and refinement of his fine dining dishes. What happens next is brilliant; you'll be blown away by his Muku Fried Chicken, the double patty Smash Burger, or Dennis' take on Flammkuche; Tarte Flambé with fresh tuna.
