You can once again savor the Thuis met Daalder Box, as this year we bring chef Dennis Huwaë's culinary artistry to your home during the holidays.
With a carefully crafted 5-course menu, Dennis takes you on a culinary journey. He begins with a Tuna Tartare with Basil Cream and guides you through a creamy Mushroom Ravioli. He then adds some spice with his Octopus with Fregola and Gochujang Pepper. Moving on to the main course, we have the Ballotine of Guinea Fowl with Verbena and Pumpkin. The end of the journey is in sight, but a delightful, sweet-sour lemon curd ensures a delicious and cheerful conclusion.
Great news for vegetarians: the entire menu is also available in a fully plant-based version.
